A freelance work company is a company that offers flexible work arrangements, allowing you to work as much or as little as you want. There is no employer-employee relationship between you and the organization, giving you the freedom to decline any project if the terms and conditions are not favourable to you.

We offer various freelance jobs across different projects, including translation, transcription, annotation, and recording.
There are no prerequisite qualifications for freelancers in our company. The basic requirements are good communication skills (not needed in every project), a good internet and WiFi connection (laptop or Android mobile phone), and much free time to invest.
Earnings are subjective in our company’s freelance work. For starters, it can be as low as a basic bare minimum of Rs 200 and go up to Rs 20,000 to 25,000 per month. It entirely depends on your dedication and investment in the work.
Projects are given on a contractual basis. If the volume is high, any freelancer has the option to sign a contract with us at any time. Some projects do not require a contract because they are short-lived, but other long-term projects might require one.
Note: Making a contract binds you and removes the flexibility portion, so it should be binding, agreeable, and feasible for both parties
There is a long process involving QA/QC and making the edits as required for a project. Leaving the project halfway amounts to no payment disbursement. Only after successful completion of a project the payment process goes on for a couple of months. For example, if you work in the month of April, the invoice will be generated on May 1st, and the payment will be processed within 30-45 days. Although it may seem like a long time, it involves several complicated processes like QA/QC, which is the usual time period followed in this industry.
90% of the projects we handle have a rework option. If there is no rework option, it will be specifically mentioned to you at the beginning or commencement of the project. For translation projects, there are usually edits required, so rework is common. If the client is still not satisfied after the rework, then only you will be penalized.
You don’t have to worry about TDS deductions if your payout is up to 30,000 INR. Beyond 30,000 INR, the organization might ask for a TDS deduction to be made at your end. In that case, you have to provide all your PAN card details and ensure that your PAN is linked to your Aadhaar card.
The main idea behind freelancing is that there is no employer-employee relationship between you and the organization. Therefore, you are free to work with other organizations as well.
